Pretty Good Bread took off this year after I started using my coworkers as guinea pigs in my sourdough process. After testing plenty of flavors and mass-production strategies, I ended up with consistently good bread and a business that was growing just by word of mouth. Now, I’m spending my summers and time off from teaching by baking some pretty damn good bread out of my home kitchen and selling to anyone in the Denver area. You may see me at a farmers market in the future, but this site will always be a hub for everything PGB.
